B. Tech. - Electrical and Electronics Engineering M. Tech. - Electrical Power Systems (EPS)

Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a profession that uses science, technology and problem solving skills to design, construct and maintain products. It is a challenging but exciting and rewarding area to study.

The department of EEE was established in 2008 with the aim of importing high quality technical education in the area of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with an intake of 60. The intake was increased to 120 by AICTE from 2010 and is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur, 2 batches of students have been graduated so far. The new PG course is going to be start in the year 2014 with intake of 25 students in the discipline of Electrical Power Systems (EPS).

The department has a strong pool of faculty. It boasts of having highly qualified faculty with an unparalleled level of expertise in their field. The pure expertise and dedication of the faculty members along with infrastructural facilities coupled with perseverance of the students have catapulted the branch to the top league. The department serves the needs of co-departments like ECE, CSE, CIVIL.
