OBJECTIVES & FUNCTIONS OF TRAINING AND PLACEMENT CELL

• To assist students in acquiring the skills and knowledge (Campus recruitment training) necessary to secure employment.
• To connect students with potential employers and arrange for campus interviews.
• To provide students with exposure to the corporate world and assist them in developing their professional networks.
• To provide students with support and guidance throughout the job search process.
• To track the placement success of graduates and make recommendations for improvement.

OBJETCIVES & FUNCTIONS OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT CELL

• To help students understand their strengths and interests, and identify career goals.
• To provide information, resources and training (CRT) on different career options.
• To help students develop the skills and knowledge which enable them to begin career in Industry, research and entrepreneurship.
• To connect students with employers and internship opportunities.
• To provide support and guidance to students throughout their career development journey.
