Program Highlights:
Decision-Making Frameworks: The program introduced students to various decision-making models and frameworks, such as the Pros and Cons method, SWOT analysis, and the Six Thinking Hats technique. These tools were presented in an easy-to-understand format, allowing students to apply them in different situations.
Scenario-Based Learning: Students engaged in scenario-based activities that reflected real-life situations they may encounter. These included choosing academic subjects, handling peer pressure, managing time effectively, and making career-related decisions. Each scenario encouraged students to consider their values, priorities, and long-term goals.
Interactive Group Discussions: The program featured group discussions where students shared personal experiences and dilemmas they had faced in the past. These discussions helped students learn from one another and explore diverse viewpoints on decision-making.
Role-Playing Exercises: Role-playing exercises were included to simulate decision-making in real-world situations, such as resolving conflicts with peers, deciding on extracurricular activities, or handling family expectations. These exercises allowed students to practice decision-making in a safe and supportive environment.
Mentor Guidance: Teachers and mentors provided feedback throughout the program, guiding students on improving their decision-making processes. Personalized mentoring sessions were offered to help students reflect on their decision-making patterns and identify areas for improvement.
