Brief description:
This project explores an innovative approach in automotive engineering by developing a Springless Car Suspension System by Using Bevel Gears. Unlike conventional suspension systems that rely on springs, this novel mechanism uses bevel gears to manage and dissipate shock forces, offering potential advantages such as reduced weight, lower maintenance, and enhanced durability. The design converts vertical motion into rotational energy, improving vehicle stability and handling, especially in challenging conditions. A fully functional prototype of the springless suspension system was created and tested under simulated driving conditions, demonstrating its ability to absorb shocks effectively and maintain vehicle control.
